years been sharing his knowledge, passion and experience from his travels,
findings and library of knowledge with food enthusiasts and professionals

wanting to learn the art of cuisine and indeed has been steering over the years thousands
into
more exciting, imaginative and healthy cuisine and bringing new and richer
ingredients into people’s homes at the prestigious Cordon Vert School,
BBC Food club and Altes Forsthaus School in Germany.
